Your Past Experience in your Career
The six-card spread first explores the querent’s past career experience. This helps ground the reader, the querent and the cards within the question, forging a bond between reader and querent that offers a depth of intuition and insight.
Your Current Job Experience
We aren’t reading your resume, the second card simply reveals the querent’s current job state. This card often shares work trends and prior business directions, and your current professional standing. If your career is in turmoil it will be revealed here and cards three and four tend to reveal the cause of conflict.
What You Want From a Job
The third card reveals deeper insight into what the querent is seeking in their career. Everyone has expectations of the work they do in their lives and the kind of duties and rewards they should receive.
What You NEED From a Job
The fourth card offers amazing insight into what the querent needs from their career. There is a distinct difference between the information provided in the third and fourth cards. Many querents are shocked to discover that what they need, hidden deep in their psyche, is not what they have been actively seeking.

The fifth card reveals the querent’s strengths, what he or she has to offer an employer, client, or business. This card often provides a boost in confidence, reminding the querent of their best traits, and also encourages them to focus on these strengths in their current or future endeavors.

Finally, card six shows the querent’s possible future job experiences, the bottom line. This reading is sometimes bolstered by Miss Michele with a seventh card that reveals the querent’s best course of action, a time frame for future events, or simply a clarification card for the possible outcome.
