Bella returns after Miss Michele provided a reading which predicted Bella would be in a fulfilling relationship within the year. Bella was a caller to John Ale’s RadioXShow, where Miss Michele provides free readings.
She’ll return Wednesday night, September 23, for more tarot and fun!
For now, Bella wants to know: With who?
Miss Michele drew three cards to get to the heart of the matter, and they are telling her that it is someone Bella already knows – and knows well. This person has been a mentor to her, perhaps even someone she works with. He is an authority figure, but there’s more there.
All this is shown in the card in the past, the King of Pentacles. The person Bella is attracted to is kind, gentle, and loving, but she never considered that he might think of her in a romantic way.
In the Near Future, the Knight of Swords heralds a dramatic change. Their relationship will shift from one of professionalism to romance. Normally a reserved person, a professional and leader who keeps his emotions in check (as signified by the Pentacles) her “King” channels his “air sign” traits to act impulsively and take a chance on Bella and a relationship.
The future, the Ten of Rods, shows that this relationship will be hard work. At times, Bella wonders if it’s worth all the strain. It’s possible they work – or go to school – together and all this closeness creates additional challenges. But anything worth having is worth working at, and, unlike Bella’s previous relationships, this suitor has her best interests at heart. The 10 in this spot shows the relationship will be long-lasting and, in fact, fulfilling. The Ten of Rods in the Hanson-Roberts Deck shows a gentleman, weary with his load of 10 staffs, trudging slowly toward a castle. Hang in there, Bella… that castle on the horizon, and the king inside, is yours for the taking.

In a recent Wednesday morning chat, Future-Tarot regular, Deb, had a general question about her future. Serenity drew the cards using her Mythic Tarot Deck.
[Serenity Bly] Do you have a formulated question Deb or just a general ‘future direction’?
[Deb] Hmmm. General, I think. It’s pretty clear that I’m headed back to learning things.
[Serenity Bly] *ponders* So, Deb… You’re going to have a baby. *grins wickedly*
[Deb] lol Not possible, though… and since the SO is in Florida, it would upset him no end.
[Miss Michele] Wait, no. She must have gotten my reading!! jk [Note: Miss Michele is not pregnant, only teasing!] Like when I read for the wrong Serenity.
[Serenity Bly] No, it’s her reading. The two proceeding cards are too much for her to be for you. While she doesn’t necessarily mean ‘pregnant’ I LOVE it when The Empress comes up in the future. She’s full of positive new beginnings and is the warm, loving, motherly energy that, if embraced, will completely turn around the not-so-nice cards of the past and present.
[Miss Michele] I can totally see you as the Empress, Deb.
[Deb] No, I’m the Queen of Swords. Always have been.
[Miss Michele] You are evolving… softening the edges.
[Deb] So, what cards?
[Serenity Bly] The past shows conflict and confusion. Mixed messages and deception, in the Eight of Swords. You’ve been hurt and perhaps feel you can’t trust as freely as you used to. Your faith, either in someone specific or people in general, has been rocked and you’re having to learn how to open up again.
It is interesting that I typed “having” then instead of “you’ve had”. Instinctively that means you’re still dealing with this into the present, with the Two of Swords. Two proceeding Swords leading into The Empress does, as Miss Michele suggested, indicate a softening.
For too long you’ve felt stuck in the middle of things and uncertain which way to go. I feel these cards are person specific so look to your near family and friends and evaluate any tensions that might exist in your relationships with them.
[Miss Michele] Serenity, can you describe the Two of Swords in your deck, please? I keep picturing the three. I know the Two of Swords indicates a need for balance. In my deck, (Hanson-Roberts) she’s a blindfolded girl, swords crossed.
[Serenity Bly] The Two of Swords IS a three, Miss Michele. Three people standing on a barren plain. The querent is in the middle as his closest friends fight it out over him. He’s covering his face, wanting to block out and ignore the tension when what he really needs to do is step into the situation with confidence and determination to settle the matter.
[Miss Michele] Diplomacy will be needed with that card, from that deck! It’s interesting how the deck affects the interpretation and reading. I’m sensing it may be a conflict with your supervisor–and the best way to deal with him is tap into your inner Empress.
[Serenity Bly] Coming back to the Empress in the future I feel she’s suggesting you treat the situation like a mother, or with a maternal hand. Gentle love blended with consistent boundaries.
[Deb] Which makes sense since what binds us is also often seen as supporting us.
[Miss Michele] YES!! You will NOT be captive much longer. Open your eyes to see things as they are, then visualize them as they should be. Make sure your actions are in harmony with your desires.

When no “tower moments” occurred yesterday, Miss Michele breathed a sigh of relief and did some readings to help her get to know her new Tarot of a Moon Garden Deck*, which she absolutely loves.
She’s been using the Hanson-Roberts Deck* so often it feels like it’s getting “stale,” so she’s put it on vacation.
The Tarot of a Moon Garden Deck* gave her the Eight of Pentacles today–the Work Card. Self-explanatory and makes sense. Her alter ego has already completed one article and is on the way to making another deadline, not due until Jan. 10, so we’re ahead of the game.
Shuffling her Hanson-Roberts deck* with an eye on choosing a card for the day, The Tower caught Miss Michele’s eye.
Miss Michele hates this card. It’s her least favorite in the deck, as it signifies surprises–and rarely good ones! I shuffled more and drew a card from the center of the deck.
The Tower. Sigh.
With the state of mind I’ve been in, however, a shake-up that destroys the status quo could be just what I need. Nothing is *wrong*. Life is fine. I am just feeling sorry for myself for no good reason.
Refusing to accept the Tower for the day, though, and hoping to gain additional insight, I drew a second card.
There’s no way around it. Today will be a big day, a turning point of some sort. I’m not sure how or why, but it will be. The Emperor came up. More male energy, more discipline; a need to adhere to rules, get the job done, and act responsibly. The card also warns against excess (excess play? Sloth?)
Incidentally, fours are related to the sign Aquarius, Miss Michele’s sign! Okay, okay, I understand this is “all me” already!
It’s all in my hands.
It’s been quiet as far as reader comments/requests lately. Miss Michele would like to remind everyone that we still offer FREE three-card readings here, and have a New Year’s special going on with a 13-card spread for only $10.
Be well!
